Why I’m applying to the MBTA Senior UX Designer position
Public transit is something I’ve always valued. I grew up riding the train in NY, I voted for more train access when I lived in Austin, TX and I have frequented the MBTA as an MA resident. I am excited about the idea of diving into UX issues the MBTA is experiencing and figuring out how to make travel more user friendly.
